Pelaksanaan Seterilisasi di bagi menjadi dua Tim, yaitu :
- Tim pertama dipimpin oleh Iptu Elan Suherlan selaku Danki 4 Pelopor Batalyon B Sat Brimob Polda Kalimantan Timur yang di dampingi oleh AKP Panca Gunadi (Kasubagbin Ops Polres Kutai Kartanegara), sekira pukul 16.45 Wita, melaksanakan Seterilisasi tiga Gereja,
yaitu :
- Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia (GKII) Tenggarong;
- Gereja Santo Pius Tenggarong;
- Gereja Protestan di Indonesia bagian Barat (GPIB) Tenggarong.
Dalam pelaksanaan Seterilisasi, disetiap sisi Gereja dilakukan pengecekan dengan menggunakan alat khusus dan hasilnya tidak ditemukan nya benda-benda yang mencurigakan.
- Tim kedua sebanyak 7 (tujuh) Personil dipimpin oleh Aipda Hendra Wolyudi (Kanit 2 Jibom) didampingi oleh Iptu Suwarsono (Kasubagdal Ops Polres Kukar), sekira pukul 16.30 Wita, telah melaksanakan Seterilisasi di Gereja GPIB SION Km 5 Jahab. Kemudian pada pukul 17.00 Wita, melaksanakan Seterilisasi Gereja GPIB GLORIA di Maluhu.
Dalam pelaksanaan strealisasi dilakukan pemeriksaan sebagai berikut :
